HOTSHOT 107 is now taking SELECT candidates without MC Authority onto the HOTSHOT 107 team. We run a DIVISION of Trucks for MULTIPLE CARRIER PARTNERS, which gives us the MAXIMUM Flexibility to bring on new drivers!

Very Important, to be considered for a Lease-On Opportunity - you MUST be an owner-operator (we will NOT put any driver onto our MC unless it is an owner-operator). Owner-Operators must have good quality truck (Clean, Well Maintained Equipment is a Must), access to a trailer (either own, rent, or lease), and a Clean Drivers License.
All Lease-On Operators will use EXCLUSIVELY the DISPATCH 107 Dispatch Service, and will be subject to all rules and regulations of the Southwestern Trucking Company Drivers. You will be on OUR insurance, and you will have our decals on your truck, so we expect professionalism at the highest level!
